At Vape Marley, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. To ensure you’re fully informed, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and processing policies:

Processing Time

  • We process orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.

  • Any orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • All orders require 1 business day for processing before being handed off to our shipping carriers.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days, depending on factors like weather, distance, and logistics.

  • Military Addresses (AA/APO/FPO): Delivery may take up to 8–12 business days once shipped.

  • Please note that shipping times do not include non-business days (weekends or holidays). Orders processed on such days will begin transit on the next business day.

Possible Delays

While we aim to stick to delivery timelines, certain factors might occasionally cause delays:

  • Logistical Challenges: Such as carrier capacity or unexpected high shipping volumes.

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather at any point during transit may result in delays.

For the most accurate updates, we recommend checking your tracking information and opting for email or text notifications. If you encounter any issues, our Customer Support Team is here to assist.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Here’s how to stay updated:

  1. Log into your account and check the “My Account” page for tracking details.

  2. Click the tracking link in your confirmation email to view the latest updates.

  3. If you have trouble finding your tracking information, contact our support team for assistance.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear, especially before an item reaches a sorting facility or local post office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

To avoid delays, ensure your shipping and email addresses are accurate when placing your order. If an error occurs:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped after they are returned to us and following confirmation from the customer. Reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.

  • If a refund is requested for a returned shipment, the shipping and packaging costs for the original shipment will not be reimbursed.

Replacement or Warranty Shipments

  • Replacement and warranty-related shipments fall under the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.

  • All packages include insurance for potential loss or damage. To file a claim, customers must provide necessary proof of the issue.

  • If the carrier updates the tracking status as “Delivered,” no claims for replacements, refunds, or shipping warranty can be made. For such cases, our support team will assess on a case-by-case basis.

  • Theft or loss after delivery is not covered under warranty.
