Final Sale Items

Accessories: Coils, tanks, drip tips, and atomizers are classified as consumable items and not eligible for returns due to wear and tear from use.

Hygiene-sensitive Products: Items that come into direct contact with the mouth or skin (unless found defective upon arrival).
Once delivered, these items cannot be tested for defects or redistributed for safety and compliance reasons.
Defective Products
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, we’re here to help resolve the issue! Please review the steps below:

Conditions for Returnable Items
For eligible hardware and non-consumable items such as vape kits or mods:
