Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for certain merchandise. For health, hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following products are considered final sales and cannot be tested for defects. Therefore, we cannot process returns or offer refunds for these merchandise.
We ask for your understanding, as the sensitivity of the design and the inability to verify defects make it impossible to accept returns.
Any order-related issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. We will help troubleshoot and provide assistance on a case-by-case basis.
